Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

Ive had it, deleted it and had it back again. Its 50/50. Sometimes it works great and then it wont load games which makes my 4yo and myself frustrated. This has continued to happen for over a year. Theyre clearly not interested in fixing the problems. My wifi is not the problem.

Have not been able to play the games in the app on my iPhone for over a month. My iOS is up to date. Tried to restart my phone. We can get into the app just fine but any game we select the app crashes after "get ready to play". Please fix!!

My Disney app hasnt worked in months. Just get a blue screen, no error messages, no login request, nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled, when it asked me to pick a provider it said Comcast/xfinity didnt permit single app use. Uninstalled and reinstalled again, now cant even get passed the blue screen. My daughter loves to watch Disney Jr, but guess we wont be using this anymore.

Cant open app anymore. Please fix bug. iPhone 7.

I have an iPad mini 1 that will not update to version 10 firmware, so we bought a new device. We had been receiving the same oops, something went wrong message that everyone seems to be getting, but the new device worked great... until now. We have started receiving the oops message on all of our firmware 10 devices, this cant be a coincidence. PLEASE TRY TO FIX THIS. The kids really enjoy the app when its working properly.

I just downloaded the app for my two year old and it prompted that I was outside of the US territory. HELLO!!! El Paso TX is part of the USA. Please fix this issue. Issues have been solved. I realized my mistake. FYI dont use app on VPN. I was working with the phone and realized thats what it was. Sorry, thanks bye!

This app has had issues on and off for years. Right before Christmas they added ads before the videos. This caused a major slow down and other issues. This isnt YouTube - there shouldnt be ads! We had to delete this app a couple of weeks ago because it would not play - constantly freezes up. Also it will play a completely different video right after the one you chose, from a different category. It started to make my sons iPad go all crazy as well - randomly closing this app and opening others. Very odd. Please fix these issues - my son is very upset and misses his videos. He is Autistic and doesnt understand why it stopped working.

Ever since the update we cannot load any videos or play any games on our iPad. Very disappointed because there are still no responses or updates from the developer.

We enjoy watching Mickey Mouse, Sofia, Doc Mucstuffins, episodes in Spanish and now that option is gone. Please bring it back!

I dont understand why would you guys take off the Spanish option, you guys always doing something to ruin the app.

All of our shows work but none of the games do. Try explaining to a 4 year old why the tv says new game on the app but it closes automatically every time we try and use it. Please fix there are tons of complaints from people experiencing the same thing. Or stop advertising for new games until this is resolved.

This app hasnt worked for months and its highly frustrating. If I could give it less than one star, I would. I pay for Disney Junior to be able to let my kid watch more than one place and lo and behold it doesnt work. Ever. I get the following error message; Error 400-1: 006: No account returned from UPDA. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as logged out and back in. None of this has worked. Apparently Disney does not care because its been months and the app still doesnt function.

Worked great for years. Now every time we watch something it says "oops something went wrong." Ive updated the software, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, so frustrating. We have the newest iPad so it shouldnt be an old hardware issue.

Please fix games! My 5year old likes playing the games on disney junior but like other reviewers the app force closes. Please fix!!

My daughter loves this app but every time she tries to play the games it opens says get ready to play then closes out. I have contacted the app developer and basically was told we know we have a glitch but there is no estimated time to fix it. This has been going on for months Im sure they could have fixed it by now. The actual Appisodes app is crumby as well it never works properly. I mean come on Disney you make a ton of money you could at least get your apps right.

Can we please get this app to work on cellular networks other than just wifi? I have to turn hotspot on one phone and run the Disney app on another just to get it to work. A little ridiculous having "on the go" in the description and not work without wifi if you ask me. Other than that. App functions great and the kid loves it.

My child is really upset that he cant watch Mickey Mouse on the go because the tv provider isnt there (Time warner cable is my tv provider)

Ever since the update in December any video my daughter plays gets an error message that something has gone wrong. When you click ok to clear the error the video stops playing and you get brought back to the home screen. I am giving it 3 stars because its not every time and before the update it works flawless. Please fix and it will be back to 5 stars.

This app used to be great! Im very disappointed with it now though. It seems to have an annoying glitch where it plays one episode and then a screen pops up saying "oops something went wrong" during the next episode. Whats annoying is that the episode still plays if you dont click on the "oops" pop up. Please fix this so my lil one can enjoy this app again!!
