Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

None of the videos play I just constantly receive an error message and I have uninstalled the application numerous times and nothing seems to have fixed it. I please advice you all can fix this. A mom of a toddler who longs to use the Disney junior app. Please and thank you!

Freezes all the time then my son get upset because its not working. He loves the app when it works, but if I could have gave it 0 stars I would.

My kids love this app. However, when my son tries to load any of the games, theres always a message with Error 4100 that comes up. ??. Please fix this so my kids can enjoy this app!

The content is amazing for the kids. HOWEVER, this is the glitchiest app that we use. We constantly have to delete and reinstall it. Even then it will often stop working again after only a couple of episodes. Very un-Disney like if you ask me.

This app once used to be great, like 2yrs ago. Now all it does is crash and freeze on my daughter. Worthless app.

This app used to be wonderful. Over time, it has changed for the worse. It is full of commercials that it never used to have. It is slow to function, and it seems to either work or not work depending how on which way the wind blows. We cant watch anything without an "Oops, something went wrong" box in the middle of the screen. If you click "ok" in that box, it shuts down the show and takes you back to the menu. If you want to watch the show, you have to have that message box in the middle of the screen. That is not the magic of Disney in my book. Please work on this.

I have had this app for a couple years. When it works its great but so often it crashes just trying to open a game. Its very hard to explain to a small child why its not working. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

As of lately it freezes up, it crashes, & oops something went wrong. They get extremely frustrated because of these constant problems. My boys and I love this app. Ive opted to remove the app till Disney can update these constant problems.

Fix your app!!! All that money and Im so tired of seeing "oops! There is a problem". Like no sh!t there is a problem and its the screaming my toddler is doing because it doesnt work. I try to use the app as a lifeline when I need to finish a quick errand and my child has reached their limits. I guess Ill teach him how to play the fiddle because its better than depending on you fixing something so broken.

Im getting pretty tired of the "Oops, something went wrong" box in the middle of the screen... on every show we try to watch!! (So is my 4 yr old) Please fix this!! Im obviously not the only one having problems. If its not fixed soon Im going to be forced to delete the app. Its causing way too much frustration for my son!!

The games arent working on this app anymore. It needs to be updated.

This app works on an iPhone but not on an Apple TV. This has been a problem for over a year for my family but for several months now the Apple TV app had ceased to work at all. Ive tried just everything the internet has suggested but it just doesnt work (black screen, no error messages).

I downloaded the Disney Junior app since my son is a fan of PJ Masks and Doc McStuffins. Right after I downloaded it, I tried accessing some of the shows and kept getting a "Oops, something must have gone wrong. Try back in a few minutes." Not happy Disney!

I am also getting the "Oops something went wrong" message when my kids try to watch the shorter videos. When you hit 'Ok" it just kids you out. Like when they try to watch Nina needs to go. Please send a fix!

I have the Disney Channel app and i'm really upset about the "Oops something went wrong" message. I love this app, however that message keeps popping up but the video is actually fine! It continues to play in the background while the message is on the screen and when you click "ok" it kicks you out. This is so frustrating especially because i'm in a family of 7 and I don't ever get control of the TV at air times so this is my only way to watch the new episodes. PLEASE FIX

"Oops! Something went wrong" - possible fix So we were getting this error on our iPad. It would pop up as soon as we would start a video for our little one. The pop up would come up and when you click ok the video stops. For us, we went to the setting screen on the app (little wrench icon on the bottom), clicked on tv provider and re-logged in. So far so good. Hope this helps.

My daughter love Disney Channel but unfortunately this app does not have our TV provider (Time Warner Cable)

It has ruined the app nothing is available for showing and I cant connect to my tv provider at all Pls fix this asap this app was so good and easy but now its very frustrating

My kid loves this app, but it started crashing whenever a game was played. Even after getting a new iPad it still crashes starting any game. Still good for streaming shows, but half the functionality is worthless.

This app does not work anymore after the latest "bug" fix. It is sad because Disney makes plenty of money off of us parents on many other apps that this one should be working!!!!
