Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

We used to use this app everyday. For over a month literally every time we try to use it we get an error message and it wont play anything. Ive deleted and redownloaded multiple times, and Ive made sure that I have the updated version but it doesnt matter, it literally never works. Ever. I have one disappointed little girl over here.

Its a shame that I constantly experience problems with the sound and the app freezing. My threenager LIVES for the games and you can bet there is an EPIC meltdown EVERY TIME I have to explain to her that it has crashed and that she cant adopt a pet in Mickeys Pet House. Fix this for all the parents out there whos children turn into the tiniest, most terrible, THE WORST beings on the planet when your app crashes. Please. Im begging you, fix it. I am not above bothering you everyday until the problems are addressed. Im 1/2 a meltdown away from finding you people.

Surprise surprise, it doesnt work. Again. I just keep getting error messages every time I try to choose a show for my kids to watch, and believe me, Ive tried everything. Doesnt work on Amazon fire, doesnt play on the iPad, wont play on an iPhone, doesnt work period. What junk.

Dont k ow what they did, but the app no longer connects with my Chromecast or Apple TV

Ever since last update the app had been unusable. Just try to open it and it force closes immediately. What a shame my son loves watching Lion Guard but now cannot even open the app... please fix

Not connecting to Chromecast. Error message every time. Not a problem with the Chromecast, my other apps connect to it fine.

I get a "Your Chromecast cannot connect to the app. Please ensure all devices are on the same working internet connection." Well, they are. Other apps stream to it fine. I even rebooted my modem, router, Chromecast, and iPhone, and it still wont work. Please fix this!!!!

Get it together Disney, there is so many glitches on this app. Every time my danger goes on to play or watch a show, it NEVER works!!!

For the love of Mickey Mouse, please get this issue resolved! This is the second time that this app has all the sudden stopped connecting to chrome cast. Im super disappointed, but not as much as my daughter who cries for her Mickey Mouse. ?

The app was working great, but after the last update, the app doesnt work on watching the full episodes any more.

My daughter loved it but it is causing more frustration now than its worth.

I cant play anything. This happens every couple of months and its getting ridiculous.

There are so many glitches. Never had this much trouble with an app. I would never pay to have everything because of that. Fix those, and you will have a customer.

Its hit or miss when trying to stream it to my chrome cast. Use to work perfectly and now since the last update its been buggy.

Tired of seeing the "oops, something went wrong" message. So very frustrating!

It was working great, then it Just stopped casting one day. Please fix.

Has been working great for over a year with Chromecast and a few days ago it will no longer work. Ive been having the exact same problem as another reviewer. Please fix, my toddler misses Mickey!

FIX THE CHROMECAST ISSUE!!!!! Wont connect!

This app used to work, but now it wont let me sign in. I have deleted and re-downloaded numerous times. When I can log in, I get error messages, and it closes the app.

Horrible! Constantly freezing, not loading and when it does load, takes forever to TRY and load. So disappointing takes 10 times then you start the app and see DISNEY, yes 10 times to load the show or game and then freezes
