Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

My daughter loves this app, she love Mickey Mouse and the fact she used to be able to watch it in the car, used to. Now all we get is a "Content cannot be displayed on external screens." message. Insane. I obviously pay for cable that includes Disney Junior, and why, after the app has been out so long, disable this now. Its not going to make me buy the shows. Greedy management and horrible corporate logic strikes again.

Used to work alright, but now it periodically wont work at all! Come on Disney! We pay for Verizon and your station. Why doesnt your app work for the past week?

I have used this app for several months and the content great. Recently the app has quit working. I have tried reinstalling the app...doesnt fix the problem. If I sign out and sign back in it works for a few minutes then the streaming stops. My provider is directv. I am having this response on the new Apple TV as well as iPad and iPhone. Very frustrating. My kids really liked the app prior to the problems. Hope it gets fixed

Every time my kids I want to watch Disney Jr. We have to uninstall it or just not be able to watch it at all because it still wont work. I really wish this would be fixed, because my kids were loving it.

I used to love this app but now I cant watch a single thing because of the error code its not DirectTv because I have other watch apps from different tv channels and they work fine. I so look forward to watching the new episodes of my favorite shows, but now I cant. I havent been able to watch a single thing in two weeks. Ive turned my phone all the way off. Ive deleted and reinstalled the app five time but it never works. This is also happening on Disney XD. Im so sorry for the one star and the bad review but please please please fix this. I love this app SO SO SO much, but I cant watch anything, and thats really disappointing. Bottom line is: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!

This app is very useless. This review is for the Apple TV app. 90% of the episodes available are unplayable. You get an error whoops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.

App never works. No live tv and picking a show does nothing but give a playback error. Apple TV app is even worse.

I used to be able to cast into my chrome cast for my 1 year old to watch his Mickey Mouse in tv whenever he wanted. But now theres no cast button!!!! Fix it please!

The app on both IPAD and Apple TV will often not play episodes. It says Oops something happened and will not play. This happens all the time. The game feature on the app also has trouble staying connected to the network or WIFI. Other apps on the network do not have this problem. Please update and fix.

Great for keeping the kids busy if they get wrestles. It has a great library with lots of episodes from different programs for the kids to enjoy. I highly recommend.

My little guy loved the Tsum Tsum episodes. But, for the past couple of months, all we get are error messages when we try to watch them or anything else on this now useless app. Please, please fix this!

Before, we would choose a show, and it would play all episodes available. Now, it will cycle through all different kinds of shows instead. We usually play Little Einsteins or Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. It will play one episode and then jump to playing Henry Hugglemonster or Sheriff Callies Wild West. My daughter doesnt like any of those shows. Theres nothing you can do to prevent it and theres no options in the settings menu. Please fix this!

I can no longer login to my service provider on Apple TV, therefore this app is next to useless for me as it cannot do what its intended to do.

Apple TV doesnt play videos and the typical graphic background is black. When you select a video, nothing streams. It has been this was for weeks and Im hoping it is fixed soon because we rely on it daily.

Why are you preventing the app from working with an external screen? We have a valid cable sign on and it will work correctly on our iPhones and iPads. External screen support used to work. We use the external screen in our travels and when we camp. Please bring this feature back. Also fix the same issue on the other Disney tv apps.

Great app for on the go if youre in a bind! App is easy to navigate and has a good variety of shows my little one loves!

Kids would like it if there was an app called the Playhouse Disney app with the old educational Disney shows.

The app dont want to open. Ive downloaded it several times & sometimes it still wont open.
