Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

My son loves this app however with so many people opting out of tradition cable providers I think that you should offer a monthly subscription option. We love to watch DJ shows but that was literally the only thing we were using our cable for and to be able to get it through our provider we were spending 100. Would definitely subscribe if it were offered!

First of all the loading is terrible my sister for the first month loved this game but all the sudden there is nothing new on the games and theres monthly ones that my sister likes but then they get rid of those games cant you just keep the game on for a few months instead of having some monthly ones this game would not be worth downloading theres barely any new games on it By robogumball

Watching the shows works fine, but the games are horrible. We love playing them, but they constantly crash or dont work while using them- cant sort items, errors in actual game planning, not responding to touch, two games will play at once. Please fix!

This app could be good or even great but is poorly programmed and apparently unsupported. Really disappointing from a huge company like Disney. How are they not better at this???

Okay, so I was unsure of downloading the app after seeing all the terrible reviews. But my smallest sister and my brother love Disney junior so I decided to try it out. I didnt like that a lot of the episodes are locked unless you sign in with ur tv company. I also didnt like that u have to sign in with ur Tv company to watch live tv!!Plz fix that!! Also I noticed that there is not special agent Oso or jungle junction on there. Those used to be some of my fav. cartoons and when my sister asked to see then on there she was disappointed after I found out that they were not on there. Plz fix this too!! IF U DO THEN I CAN GIVE U ALL FIVE STARS!!!!

So I watched a couple episodes of oddbods and it turns out u guys are COPPY CATS!!!!! Turns out on the amazon prime tv app has a cartoon called oddbods and u guys are just COPYING IT!!!!!! I AM NEVER DOWNLOADING THIS APP AGAIN!!! EVER!!!!!!!!???????????????? Secondary Revew: My 9 year old child has loved Disney Junior since she found out about it But she really likes doc mc stuffins and she really wants to watch the episodes she missed but all the episodes she wants to watch are locked and we have comcast but it doesnt show up on your guyss list. If u guys are getting greedy with money at least use it to air Dog With A Blog because she REALLY loves that show and you tube wants u to pay to watch just one full episode. Also xfinity shows only 1 season with 1 episode of season 2. It also shows u guys havent aired Dog With A Blog for 3 straight YEARS plz air soon.

My toddler used to love this app to watch his favorite shows or play a game while we commuted. With recent upgrades, a cable subscription is required so watch everything. I understand the need to get money for development but everything (or at least 99%). Sad.

For some reason Optimum is no longer available to choose as a provider with the iPad app...works fine on the iPhone, and on the Firestick...please fix this!!

Just went to use this app and it asked me to sign in... but Comcast/xfinity no longer listed under cable provider list!

Hey everyone. If anyone was having trouble finding their provider like I was I may have found the fix. I went to settings, scrolled down and selected Disney junior in the apps list and under "allow Disney junior to access" I unselected "tv provider" I went back to the app and clicked the key symbol and the list with my provider popped up. This I did on my iPhone 7 plus. It was still working fine on my iPhone 6 Plus.

Ive downloaded this app and deleted this app multiple times because it is so buggy and freezes up my iPad horribly. We redownloaded it two days ago and just today its crashed at least 10 times. It was a lifesaver while it worked and I was sick but now its being deleted again because its too buggy and such a pain. If it were fixed it would be fine. But its been months and thats always been an issue.

This app was good but now you cant watch what you wanted to watch.I think you should get rid of all the keys you have. It would be better if they werent there. So I give this a too star. ????????????????

Dish network cant authenticate. Also cant log out...

My kids loved this app, it has all the shows they watch and it is user friendly. All of a sudden about two weeks a go the app stopped working, it keeps giving me a message to try back in a few minutes. I have done everything from restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my iPad, nothing works. Please fix this app!

My kids love this app! We use it every night to watch a show before bed while drinking milk. Now my toddlers are devastated that we cant use it anymore. It was working fine when we had Cox in AZ. We moved to CA and have Comcast Xfinity. We signed out of Cox, signed into Comcast. It signs in automatically when connected to our wifi. Says Congratulations with the Disney splash screen and fire works like all is good. Then immediately after we are greeted with "Authorization Error. Error 400-1: Authorization failed. If you are receiving this in error, please log out from your provider and try again." After pressing OK, the key is there and we arent even logged in. So I cant log out and re login in. I can only try the original login process and enter this endless loop. Things Ive tried so far. -Calling cable company to ensure I have subscription (which I do plus we have no issue getting Disney Jr on our TV). -Turning wifi off and signing in to provider manually using Comcast credentials -Deleting app and reinstalling -Tried to sign in on 4 different Apple devices (2 iPhones and 2 iPads) -Use Jailbroken iPad and run iCleaner to clear cache -Google search error code and tried all possible suggested solutions This was a fantastic tool for adverting meltdowns. Now I cant use it. Calling Comcast, they said everything is correct in their end and its a Disney Jr. problem. I hope Disney developer reads this. Please fix!

It was okay but my sisters love it. They watch it every time they play on the iPad. The bad part is that the tv connection with it was bad.

All the video and content you would expect but as a chromecast user, this is by far the worst app I have to deal with. It constantly disconnects while showing that it is connected causing you to restart the app excessively. UPDATE: I switched to Apple TV 4 and the app is not much better. Also, logged into the app on my phone yesterday and my phone battery was decimated. Upon review of the battery in settings, the app was responsible for 56% of my battery drain over the last 24 hours for background activity.

Why in the world would you use this app if you have cable? The main cable companies have apps that provide so much more. This app would be great if you didnt have to have a cable provider or Hulu. Way to cut off Netflix users. Pretty sure thats a LOT of potential customers.

My son has Down Syndrome and used to love this app. Now he cant watch anything because we dont subscribe to Disney Junior. Why cant it be the way it used to be??
