Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

We have downloaded this app on our kids iPads and they love it, when it actually works that is! It constantly freezes, and kicks them off completely. Hopefully the people who came up with this app can figure out how to actually make it work!

This app does not work on fire tv, iPhone, iPad despite signing out, reinstalling, etc. Useless and very embarrassing for Disney!! My son is disappointed and sad.

All my daughter does is watch Disney jr and now she cant ??? Please fix this!!!

Ever since latest updates cant login to tv provider bc it says FAILED. Its so annoying. My son cant watch anything bc everything has a "key" on it. Ridiculous.

Worst kids app on iTunes. Sound doesnt work on the games and cuts in & out on videos all the time.

Authentication is completely broken if youre a Verizon fios customer. It takes you to "my Verizon" page instead of bouncing back into the app after authentication. I dont want to see my Verizon bill details, I just want to be able to stream content... useless.

For the love of Mickey Mouse, please get this issue resolved! When we connect to live tv the volume comes and goes in spurts or completely goes away. Im super disappointed, but not as much as my daughter who cries for her Mickey Mouse. ?

Every time my kids try use this app we get an error code. We have tried it on several devices and they always let me sign in then proceed to send me an error code. This is very frustrating for my son with Autism who adores Mickey Mouse and doesnt understand why its not working!

All the video and content you would expect but as a chromecast user, this is by far the worst app I have to deal with. It constantly disconnects while showing that it is connected causing you to restart the app excessively.

I had the app for approximately 20 minutes. A. The loading time is far too long for a toddler. B. The sound stopped working within the first 10 minutes. I tried other apps to confirm it wasnt a hardware issue. Which it wasnt. I restarted my phone and still no sound. C. I have Sling TV as a provider. I couldnt access ANY videos, including the freebies. Yall can keep this wack app. The Starfall app is better for education anyway.✌?

This app was great when it was working. We have DIRECTV and it was working great for my kids, but now all it does is send a sign in error. Been doing it for weeks. I have checked my passwords and everything. I can sign in on my tv app and everything except this app. Please fix it or it will be another deleted app!!

We love Disney but this app is the absolute worst. Crashes, errors galore. I dont understand why this is so unreliable and of poor quality. I realized that I have not had to delete and reinstall the NickJr app at all in the 6 months weve started using it. I cannot even tell you how many times weve had to delete the DisneyJr app and reinstall.

After update app doesnt even open. Every time you try to open it says something went wrong try again later. We gave up and just deleted the app.

Big downside when toddler cant view the episodes due to a constant error message

I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would fix the error message. And it worked for maybe one episode and went right back to the error message. Im logged into my cable provider and we have expanded cable so Im not sure why its not working but its very frustrating. I will probably just delete this app for good and have a very un happy toddler cause you cant seem to fix this problem.

Horrible update. Everything is locked. Not sure who thought this was a good idea. My child is so upset he cant see his shows anymore

So disappointing that most episodes are locked, hard to explain to a 2 year old why they cant watch their favorite episodes. App wont accept my password for cable.

I should never have updated this app or not look like the image what so ever I know you have to have new shows but this is not how I want the app to be! I want the old version back or Im playing this app anymore l! Please fix it! Please!

My son was so upset that they have the arcade advertised so big but kept getting error code 4100: try again in a few minutes. He has tried again dozens of times in the last couple weeks. I decided to try to uninstall the app and reinstall it because sometimes that fixes it. WRONG! Now the TV sign in screen wont load for me to put in our DirecTv Info so he cant even watch episodes now too. Fix it!!!
