Why does this app not work any more?!! My kids have always loved it, but on their iPad it opens and immediately says "error code: 4100: this game is unable to load. Try again in a few minutes." It never works!! So frustrating!

Can I rate this 0 stars? You cant get in to a single episode because of an error of some sort of account or something. I mean the whole point is to watch stuff and you cant watch one episode. It is completely crazy!

We have used this app for the past two years and have loved the select free episodes it provided. Now with the new upgrade we cannot watch anything without upgrading our cable. Really stinks for my little one who loved watching his Mickey. Hope yall change it soon. Until then we wont be using this app anymore.

I havent had any problems with this app on my IPad mini. Great game, hours of fun

My kids loved this app and now we cant watch any full episodes for some reason that has to do with out cable. And I am ticked!

Cant get any episode to play because of an error. I know my username and password is correct for my provider too.

This is a horrible app. Things do not load fully

When this app works its amazing and my kids love it. But we have had it on this phone for almost 2 years and in that time we went about 6 months where we were not able to use it bc of this stupid error. Now it is doing this again for about 2 weeks so far. We cant watch anything so I have had to delete it from the phone bc my 2 yr old doesnt understand why it opens up and then will not let her watch anything. I hate that this app is not the dependable, high quality that I have come to expect from Disney.

Great app, however its been about 6 weeks since I havent been able to logging using my service provider(spectrum). Can we please fix this

The only issue I have found is Goldie & Bear Next Episode Issue. All other shows auto play the same series but Goldie & Bear only plays one episode and then goes to Sophia the First in particularly the Fleegal episode. Other than that great app. My son loves it lol.

what else can be said. disney should be as loyal to its customers as they are to disney.

My son used to love this app! But ever since the update we keep getting the error message "oops something went wrong try again later". We have uninstalled and reinstalled still no results. Disappointed for sure.

The sound no longer works for the games. I have deleted and reinstalled several times.... the sound on the videos works just fine though

I used to be able to play this app anywhere and everywhere. My kids loved it and so did I. Then you started building walls little by little. Eventually we had to have wifi to play videos. Defeated the purpose of why I had the app to begin with. Now most shows are locked because I dont pay enough money to a cable company? Didnt you make enough money off Star Wars? Glad we have PBS and Nick Jr. Consider my Disney Junior app deleted.

My daughter loves this app IF it works.. We get past the loading screen only 1/4 the time and when we do get past that, chances of anything in the app actually working are very slim as well. Very disappointing!

Crashes every time my child attempt to do anything within the app. Games, videos, even the home screen. Please fix!

Every time we use the app, we get an Authorization Failure pop up when we start a video, even though it shows we are still signed into our cable provider. We have to sign out and sign back into our cable provider before it will let us watch an episode.

Ive tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times, but every time I open it, it shows me the fireworks opening screen for about half a second before moving to the "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes." screen. And if I give it a few minutes, I still get the exact same screen. Very disappointing I cant get the app to work anymore!
