Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

The app was working perfectly and after I updated it stopped working, I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, now it doesnt even open! I have a 2.5 year old that loves Doc mcStuffins and she gets mad at me because I cant fix the problem! Can you please fix it!

Weve had this app for maybe a year. I keep trying it in case one of the updates fix it, but so far nothing. Ive done it all, deleted & re-downloaded, signed out and back in. Nothing seems to help the "null" error code we get every time we try to watch. Literally have had this app for close to a year, and have never once been able to use it. So frustrating.

It was working great.... then it logged me out and now I cant even get to the darn log on page! Absolute worst!

I dont like my kids watch movies from iPad or iPhone , so I need the option to cast the movies on tv !

Was a good game. 3 1/2 year old loves it but since last update we are unable to play games or watch shows. We are logged into our tv provider and it says we are not. Looks like these issues are pretty common. Hope Disney fixes this so my child can play the games.

Keeps giving error when entering service provider login. On both app and appleTV, lots of complaints online going back years. They obviously dont care to fix the issue.

app only works half the time and takes up way more than 67mb! about 4gb

The kids beg me all the time to just get this app working, but its a disaster, crashing all the time. They watch Disney constantly, so they see all the app ads just to be frustrated that it doesnt work!

The games do not work at all. I would download the puzzle game on its own if it work! My daughter loves that game and many others and they simply do not work. We use our tv provider to sign in so no complaints there but the games really need to be corrected.

Every time we try to start a game the app crashes. Shows play fine. Though its irritating having to sign in multiple times.

Every time I close the Disney jr app it kept on and on signing me out of xfinity! Please fix this bug. Im rating it five stars because Mickey Mouse is back! Thanks Disney

Cant use it on my Apple TV nor my iPhone. Error messages and unauthorized user messages. Mickeymouse clubhouse episodes gone too. Boooo!!!!

This app is useless unless you have a TV provider. All the locked episodes just make your children angry because they think you are not letting them watch shows that are on the screen. There should be an option to purchase content through the app. Id be willing to pay for Disney Jr on demand.

App is crashing and videos are not playing. Error code is popping every single time a video is chosen. Please fix the app my girl loves Disney Junior

Im sorry but even after months of updates, the games still dont work. I dont allow my son on the iPad often but when I do it would be helpful if the apps he loves to use actually worked. This is a bit frustrating especially for Disney who has PLENTY of money to get people to fix these issues.

We always stream the app... not anymore; the chromcast feature no longer operates.

**update** ERROR ISSUE fixed... Parents, go into settings and sign out of your tv provider, and then sign back into your tv provider. This fixed the problem for us. We are having the same problem as other reviewers... my son accidentally deleted app, and when we went to upload and rewatch, the error message/not authorized prompt appeared. Checked all my settings - they are correct. Please fix this issue.

Deleted and re up loaded multiple times, on both my phone and wifes. Every time same error msg
