Error codes since the beginning

Weve had this app for maybe a year. I keep trying it in case one of the updates fix it, but so far nothing. Ive done it all, deleted & re-downloaded, signed out and back in. Nothing seems to help the "null" error code we get every time we try to watch.

Literally have had this app for close to a year, and have never once been able to use it. So frustrating.
