Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

Picture your out and your child is not happy, load up Disney Jr app, yay! For like 2 seconds until you realize the app is still awful and now your child is screaming even louder because the app is terrible and either wont play, plays wrong episode, stops often, more ads than content and crashes. How Disney thinks this is ok, I have no idea. Scrap the whole thing and start from scratch. Its that bad.

Literally the only reason I still pay for tv service is so that I can have access to the Disney jr app and all the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episodes for my toddler. There was 50+ episodes four days ago and now there is 4?! What is going on??? Please bring back the entire series so my toddler wont be upset any more.

A week ago, I wouldve rated this 5 stars. Now, almost all of the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episodes are gone! This was one show I could let my kids watch without feeling like I needed to screen them first to make sure they appropriate. Why did you take them away without any warning?

This app is terrible! My daughter just wants to play the games and it crashes as soon as you try. Disney doesnt seem to care either this isnt the first time I have written about this problem! Terrible terrible terrible! Will never recommend

Yesterday there were 50+ episodes of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Today there are approximately a dozen. All of my 4 year old sons favorite episodes are gone. Disney, you really stink. Thanks for thinking of the children.

first off lets start off by saying what happened to ALLLL the mickey mouse clubhouse episodes ? i have a 2 year old son who only watches that and now im pretty much screwed with a cranky toddler. second off why can i log in with my comcast provider on my smart tv but not my phone ? i cant find comcast or xfinity so i can log in on my phone.

Im very disappointed that there are now only 4 Clubhouse episodes...

Glitchy app and now most of the MM clubhouse episodes have "expired." Thank you Disney for the cranky toddler.

Im not even fighting with this app anymore, my kids cant do any games without it crashing. FIX IT

Once I updated my son iPad for the new ios 10.3 it no longer works I keep receiving an error message. I hate this because my son 3 and hes here frustrated crying because he cant play his favorite games. He rather use this app other then the nick jr app please fix these issues so my toddler could be happy

Authorization error code 400 - 1 error has occurred on mvpd server and air has returned a message......... This app used to work great and now I can't get it to work at all sign IN Resign into my cable provider not working please fix this! Very frustrating.

Now this is the fourth time writing a review because Disney keep telling me that the nickname is taken and then deletes my whole entire review instead of letting me enter another nickname another great feature Disney thank you ?Im writing to let you know that the Disney Junior games are still not working even after the update! There are more of their 1.5 minute commercials than full length episodes available. The platform is very difficult for a preschooler to use. They should really take a look at NickJr and YouTube Kids and take off from them to become better! I had expected better from a premium channel like Disney.

We have not been able to watch any of the shows on my iPhone 7. Everything is up to date however it always gives an error code whenever my son clicks on a show. The games work fine. This has been an ongoing issues for months. Please fix!

You would think that with all the money Disney has taken write a decent app. If not been able to open the app for two months . Just try to open it and it force closes immediately. What a shame my son loves watching Lion Guard but now cannot even open the app...

Keeps giving me an error saying Im not authorized! I have uninstalled the app many times and re-downloaded with the same error!! So frustrating.

It lets me select an episode, but it will never play. Useless

This app will not work. We only get a few episodes the rest come up with errors. We cant watch live tv on the app. What is the point of this app if you cant watch anything that is offered on it. We should be able to use it because we have our cable company all set up through it. Very unhappy and a very frustrated 3 year old who cant watch what he wants.

I just downloaded the app so my granddaughter can play a game. It work fine at the beginning but it get stuck and does not move forward. I have watch a video on YouTube and tried to do the same thing but still does not s is happening on iPad Air2 but works fine in the other iPad 1. New updates did nothing to correct previous problems.

Doesnt list my tv provider (Time Warner/Spectrum) as an option. Even though its one of the biggest in the country. Looks like Ill continue to push my kids to another company. Disney appears to be missing out on the kids market with all of these negative reviews.
