Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

I used to love this app. It would work perfectly and allow my daughter to watch full episodes if I signed in with my cable information. However recently it keeps shutting off mid-video and/or going from Minnie Mouse like she selected to some other random video and then will shut off. It is doing the same on my moms iPad as well. Ive tried deleting and re-downloading and nothing is working. It needs to be fixed or they need to offer one that you can pay for if thats the issue because its ridiculous!

I gave this a two star because after a few days of working fine, this app is not allowing my daughter view ANY episodes on the app. It keeps saying Authorization Null. I tried everything to get this to work again, but Im guessing its something wrong with the app, because it was working fine for a few days. So Im hoping it will be fixed soon. This is a great app, of course, if its working. Come on Disney, my daughter loves this app.

We still get this message like everyone else on some of your shows. We use it on iPhone 5 and it wont work. But works on the iPhone 6. Please fix ASAP!!!

The games keep crashing. How about fixing it sometime soon. Been broken for awhile now

This app has been a lifesaver for me. Keeps my toddler occupied while Im cooking dinner or doing other chores. My only suggestion is that I would LOVE for it to have an optional child lock so my son doesnt pause it EVERY TIME he touches the screen. He likes to touch the characters on the screen, which brings up the pause button right in the middle of the screen. Maybe offset the pause to the bottom corner or top corner? Or have an icon in one of the corners you have to double tap in order to pull up the controls. That would be extremely helpful!

App was working great. Then out of no where today it said that Mickey Mouseclub and a few other shows can't play due to parental restrictions. I have since "changed" any restrictions that may have prevented these from playing but they still won't (along with resting the Apple TV and turning the unit off and back on) . Anyone have advice?

My son loves this app. Few weeks ago the app just started showing error messages on multiple shows and various episodes. I have deleted the app, redownloaded, logged out, logged back in, rebooted the iPad, nothing works. Very disappointed the with app lately.

My kidslove it but cant watch anything because the apps stopped working We have a new Apple TV, great internet, good cable started a week ago watching Live the screen would go blank. All other apps still'd be working, I go back in Dis JR & still nothing, Ive had to repeatedly delete the app, log in/out, reset my device, & yet the problem still exists. only a few show options even show on the screen, the ones that dont show are all greyed out

Get with it Disney. Fix the error messages that users are repeatedly reporting. You have taken enough of our $$ on other apps. The programs arent playing so your app is just wasting MBs on my iPads. Will remove if not fixed asap.

There are constant error messages, the app takes forever to open & when it finally does it barely works long enough for my son to watch an episode. Please fix !

My daughter loves this app and is going to be very upset I deleted it. But when I looked at why I had no storage left on my phone I found this app was hogging up over 4 GB!! I think it saves history on the games or something? Unnecessary. PBS app uses about 30 MB. I dont have the space for this app.

This app use to work amazing on Apple TV, now all of a sudden when trying to watch live stream it says it is unavailable, and when picking shows it says oops something went wrong, try again in a few minutes. I dont understand what happens but please FIX IT! I have one very sad little girl!!

A Disney app designed to access Disney content that wont let you login to view said content - brilliant!! App auto updated, now cant log in via cable providers because the app is blocking its own login pages. Friggin idiot developers - did anyone even test this update before releasing it?

What happened Disney? This used to be great and so easy for the kids to use. We cant watch anything now b/c we get Error 400-1. Explain that to my 3 yr old please.

Shows work great but the games arent very fun without sound. Reinstalled twice and have current iOS software.

Drains the entire battery - even in the background.

Constant error message. Very disappointing.

No playback on external devices?! Again?! Screw you Disney.

They ask you to sign into your cable provider but there is no time warner cable listed. Thats wack!
