Shows will play but only if we leave the "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes." window up on the screen the whole time. Whenever you hit "ok" the shows quit. Please fix.

The newest update is horrible. I have an asthmatic baby that watches Molang on an iPad during treatments. It helps keep him calm. Since the update it gives me an "Oops something went wrong. Please try again later" once you click "ok" it shuts down. Seriously! Please fix this! Disney is known for greatness and their app is certainly far from that. In this day and age of technology they must catch up.

Keep getting an "Oops something went wrong. please try again later." error message. Clicking ok just shuts down the video. This has been happening for some time now. Please fix!!!

App is not working. It says there is an Authorization. Error. Would love to use it for my nephew.

I have updated this app many times and it never works correctly. It always force closes!!!!

My kid loves lion guard and mickeys clubhouse. I was nervous to download after seeing the other reviews talking about technical difficulties, but I dont know what theyre talking about. Download the app, and they ask who your cable carrier is. Kind of a weird question for a phone app to ask, and cable companies lost my business years ago so I just skipped the question. Then they told me Im not connected to wifi, and said sticking with a cellular connection would fill all my memory. That also struck me as a strange thing to say cause I havent had memory issues since the iPhone 5. They send you to settings, and I set everything to max quality high definition. Been playing shows with no problem, lol. Maybe thered be a problem if I was playing their games, but thats not what I got the app for. Its great for long road trips. You can watch the best shows without having to sit through that pj masks or that toy Doctor show. Hope your kid enjoys the app as much as my kid does.

Every time my daughter tries to play a game it goes to the "get ready to play" screen then closes out of the app. Shes been trying for a couple of days now. Its quite frustrating!

I am still getting the "oops something went wrong" message. I have the recent bug fix and I have even deleted the entire app and tried to reload it. Nothing seems to work. Please fix. I am normally very happy with this app but it has been frustrating lately.

The app does not open at all. This is very frustrating since this app is my grandchildrens favorite.

App will no longer launch. Hope when your app folks are back from holidays they will fix cuz this is now useless post the most recent update!

My girls love this app but lately we cannot watch any episodes. The games work but not the shows. It says there is an error. I tried restarting the iPad, deleting and reinstalling the app and still no luck. Please help us fix this!!!

Live tv always works but the episodes are finicky and sometimes pop up with the oops message

This used to be my kids favorite app. I dont allow anything non educational or non Disney on their iPad. I purchased many other Disney apps for them, but the one free one doesnt work

I cant find my tv provider I have time warner cable spectrum but all that shows up is charter spectrum and that log in info doesnt work for me plz help

Why advertise a new game if it doesnt work? My kids dont even bother checking to see if this app is working anymore. Every update, Im hopeful, but still no games without immediate crashes.

There is no sound when my child plays the games. I have deleted and re downloaded the app again and I still dont have sound when the games are played. Please help.

We love this app, it keeps our two year old occupied when were out to eat. Unfortunately we have been receiving the something went wrong error message as well as freezing of the shows when they are playing. I contacted my internet provider thinking it was a wifi issue but it turns out thats not the case since other video streaming apps work fine. Please fix the glitch soon...

I got the app because my little one loves Mickey Mouse clubhouse but when I tried using the app several times it says I need wifi. The whole point was for me to use it while I was on the road and my little one was getting cranky but it seem not to work. It brings up a message saying problem loading and when you click on it just logs you out. I have Internet on my phone and its full bars dont have issues with anything else. I also sign up with my tv provider so its not like its totally free for it not to work. I will still give it a chance to see if it finally works well but as of right now not a happy camper and giving it thumbs down.

You would think with how much Disney is worth that they would have put a little bit more time and money towards a better app. Far from it. It constantly crashes. Freezes. Gives error codes and overall is a gigantic POS. Thankfully I dont let my two and a half year old use the iPad often to where its a daily issue. But in the rare times I do let her use it, its not even worth the frustration. I end up spending more time dealing with it that she gets board waiting and does something else. Great idea, piss poor execution Disney.
