Now we cant connect the app to our tv for my baby to watch cartoons, i dont understand why they would take away this feature, if they would change that I would love to give this app a 5 star rating!

No longer can use with an external display. Guess these shows will no longer be a part of my kids life. Thanks Disney. Please fix asap.

We can only watch a few random episodes of practically any show my daughter wants to watch. It says there is an error or we need to adjust parental controls which we have done countless times to no avail. What is the point of this app if you can only watch the same episodes over and over. Dont waste your time. Get your stuff together Disney.

App is terribly unreliable. Internet connection is strong yet often says no connection. Other times error msg. says currently unavailable-please try back in a few minutes. The only fix is to delete app and re-download (Apple TV latest model) Please fix this app.

Opened app to find page saying a mandated update was available. After updating app will no longer authorize with DirecTV. Really disappointing.

This is incredibly disappointing. What normally is the highlight of my 3 year olds day is now frustrating for all of us. We usually connect our iPad to our TV for her to watch shows on this app and now it doesnt work! We even signed in to our satellite provider to prove were subscribers and a message popped up saying "content cannot be displayed on external device". And it seems this is a problem with the shows only. I tested a game and it opened just fine. Fix this please!

No matter how many times we try, how many times we change our password, we cant log in using our cox account. It continually says something about authorization error. So frustrating!!

Opens but when you try to play anything from live to a episode it will say streaming not available when before update had no problems but now every time and FYI this is all through our home. Dont use this app!!!!!!

They say they fixed but they didnt!!! Please fix it soon.

This app no longer works since the new update. We get constant errors and my kid is unable to watch the shows he wants to.

It seems the newest version of this app blocks external display viewing - please roll this back for external displays.

Last update is junk- Color play kicks out, provider info dropped. Big headache

I upgraded this app recently and now it is not compatible with a TV or other viewing device. I regret doing the upgrade. We have loved this app in the past, but they have really spoiled it and made it much more unusable.

We are so upset this app isnt working anymore on any of our devices! We get some error saying something about our Geo location not being in the United States, but when I look at our country in the settings it says United States. This is on several devices too. And every other app we own still works fine. So disappointed because we used this app daily and are huge Disney fans. :-(

Until such time that external devices are enabled for show playback, this app will go unused on our devices. We used to be able to watch shows in our SUV but now we cant. We get an error saying playback on external devices is not enabled or something to that effect. Absolutely ridiculous. Disney is acting like we dont have authorization to watch the videos on a tv, when clearly we do since we have to log in using our cable provider ID.

Need a cable subscription - no good for cord cutters. Id pay a stand alone fee like cbs and others. And no Time Warner support so I cant use it in my neighborhood anyway. Useless app.

Ive tried this app on all devices and nothing works. Really bummed cause its highly promoted and advertised but unusable. Seems like Disney should be able to fix this...

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Constant sign outs and horrible performance. These same can be said for the rest of the Disney channel apps.

My son has grown up with this app, he would watch his favorite shows on the iPad when it wasnt on tv, but now I cant even get the app to open, it sits on the "Disney Junior" screen far longer than any kid has patience for (or adult for that matter). Disney and company, you are a billion dollar industry, why make an app the worst part of A parents life, its unnecessary. We just want to watch shows on the iPad (we even have direct tv) log in, and still cant get the app to load, Ive updated, deleted the app and reinstalled and still get nothing, I mean whats the secret? It shouldnt be this hard.

The app content itself is great, my kids love it, but thats the problem. My kids love it and it almost never works!!! It is always throwing oops errors basically every day and is so frustrating for them and me. There is NO way Disney doesnt have enough resource to have this work well and perform reliably. Needs work for sure.
