Disabled External Devices

This is incredibly disappointing. What normally is the highlight of my 3 year olds day is now frustrating for all of us. We usually connect our iPad to our TV for her to watch shows on this app and now it doesnt work! We even signed in to our satellite provider to prove were subscribers and a message popped up saying "content cannot be displayed on external device". And it seems this is a problem with the shows only. I tested a game and it opened just fine. Fix this please!
