Oops message has resurfaced again...

I have an iPad mini 1 that will not update to version 10 firmware, so we bought a new device. We had been receiving the same oops, something went wrong message that everyone seems to be getting, but the new device worked great... until now. We have started receiving the oops message on all of our firmware 10 devices, this cant be a coincidence. PLEASE TRY TO FIX THIS. The kids really enjoy the app when its working properly.
