Disney Junior - TV & Games App Reviews

Used to love to watch the app...now unable to. Reset everything and now it has been giving me an error code. No account from upda. I logged in and nothing. So dissatisfied with the app.

For some reason I cant watch any shows. When I go to the app support link its a page that just redirects you back to the App Store. Havent had any issues with this app until today. It keeps saying I cant watch due to parental controls on my Apple TV. I have no parental controls. The app wont let me watch anything as well on my phone or iPad. Please help and fix these issues.

No matter how many times I login to Cox it tells me error and I cant watch any episodes. This is so stupid!

We used to love this app. However the past few months it is so buggy that now we cant even access even with our cable login. Its so frustrating that Im going to delete it so the kids stop asking for it to be fixed. Come on Disney I know youre able to get this figured out

I wish they would give it an update soon. I wonder if anyone who works developing the app has ever had a toddler screaming at them every five minutes because a game wont work or crashes while shes playing? At first, we had zero problems and now its a constant battle to find a game in the app that doesnt crash. Please update!!

This app used to work now for the last week all I get is an error code! I have uninstalled reinstalled signed in to my cable provider COME ON!!! Absolutely unacceptable from a company that makes millions..

Ive had this app for years and it is amazing to this day they have not been capable to make this to even half way work. The games never work and the episodes freeze or dont play altogether. Unfortunately my daughter insists on using it even though its been a cause of tears and frustration. You would think Disney could hire a couple of IT guys that could build a working app

Bought a vizio tv with chrome cast built in and this app on the iPhone and the tablet for the tv does not cast. Keeps asking for a pin. There is no pin the shows up on the tv. Please fix.

This is a report on Disney Mix!!! Not on the Disney Jr. App. Why did you have to discontinue Disney Mix?! You took it off before we could even use photos!!! No I cant communicate with my friends all because of you guys taking off Disney Mix!!! WHY DISNEY WHHHHHHHHHHHY!!!!! One star only just one!

This app is so bugged its ridiculous. On my wifes phone it works perfectly. On mine it doesnt, keeps telling me I need to reauthorize which I have done many times. We have the same type of phone, same Apple account. And now it stopped working on our Apple TVs. With all the money Disney has, this is absurd.

So my child loves Disney junior and the app. Its great! However Im getting pretty fed up with every 3 to 5 weeks needing to reactivate the app on my phone of at my house for no reason at all. I just open up the app and its all locked up and says I need to activate the app with a code. Then occasionally Ill do all the steps to activate the thug again and it doesnt work. So I need to completely uninstall and clear the cache and try again. Its not smooth or convenient and its a pain with a screaming toddler.

Daughter loved playing this app when it worked. Now it just constantly kicks her out/freezes. Thought it was a memory issue on our end but after deleting just about every other app, freeing up PLENTY of space this app still crashes constantly. Please update/fix and i would be more then happy to rate higher. But as it stands.. The app is just about useless.

Theres nowhere to select PlayStation Vue as my provider and I cant even navigate to their support page because it only loads a "download this app" load page. How can I submit a request when your page wont even load???

The entire video section of app is useless on iPad. After log-in with Cable provider (Frontier) the entire video section give error [400-1] Authorization Error. "Error has occurred on the MVPD server and an error has returned a message." Epic Fail by Disney Junior Cast Members involved with this part of the project. Everything else seems to work ok.

Terrible app all episodes are locked. After an update all episodes were locked and my three year old was so sad because before they use to have some free episodes

We downloaded this app about a year and a half ago. My daughter really enjoys the games in it but really loves DJ shows...and we dont have a cable provider-- we have Netflix, Hulu & other downloadable media.... its quite frustrating trying to explain to my 4yr old that she cant watch a show Because we dont have cable to link the app to. The app is always crashing or freezing up also-- there needs to be an update or something ..

So I watched a couple episodes of oddbods and it turns out u guys are COPPY CATS!!!!! Turns out on the amazon prime tv app has a cartoon called oddbods and u guys are just COPYING IT!!!!!! I AM NEVER DOWNLOADING THIS APP AGAIN!!! EVER!!!!!!!!???????????????? Secondary Revew: My 9 year old child has loved Disney since she first saw her first episode from that channel Doc Mc Stuffins but she cant watch any of the new episodes anymore plz fix also I will download this app again if u fix this. Thx

The games crash constantly, and the episodes give an error quite often. Please fix.
